Cozy 4-star vacation apartment in a central location with a view of the forest

You’ll find a cosy, fully furnished, 65-square-meter holiday apartment for 2–4 people in a central yet quiet location. The non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features 2 bedrooms (in the second bedroom, you can also separate the beds), a living-dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. A garden with outdoor furniture and a covered seating area invite you to relax. A parking space for one car and a bike rack are available. Two bicycles are provided free of charge for our guests. All kinds of shopping options, an electric car charging station, and a bike shop are located nearby. The apartment is in a central yet quiet location (not on a hill) with a view of the forest. A local bakery is 150 m away, and all kinds of shopping options, as well as a bike shop with rentals, are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 900 m away. A 10-minute walk takes you across a sandstone bridge to the beautiful historic old town. It’s an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, mountain biking, road cycling, shopping trips, and visits to museums and wineries. The Main River promenade (approx. 900 m) is a great place to relax. Mini-golf and boat rentals are about 700 m away. Free cancellation is not available. In case of cancellation, 100% of the room rate will be charged. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Please contact the property by phone one day before arrival. Pets are not allowed. Cot: available upon request for a fee (one-time charge of 5.00 EUR). Sofa bed: available upon request for a fee of 30 EUR per person per night.
