The house is located on the edge of the St. Lorenzen ob Murau holiday park (850 m above sea level), has approximately 55 square metres of living space, and is just 300 metres from the Kreischberg Valley Mountain Railway station! An ideal base for summer and winter sports.
On the upper floor of the holiday home, there is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a loft bed, and one bathroom with a toilet. The spacious living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo with a CD player and Wi-Fi. There is also a second toilet here. Maximum capacity: 5 people! Large south-facing terrace and parking in front of the house.

Activities: In addition to various winter sports, the Kreischberg/Murau region in the summer (200 days of sunshine per year) offers excellent hiking, swimming, horseback riding, cycling (the house is right on the Mur Valley Trail), mountain biking, etc. In St. Lorenzen, there is an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. The beautifully situated 18-hole golf course is 2 km away. There is a swimming lake in Stadl/Mur (9 km). Two summer toboggan runs are within a 20-km radius; another is in Turracher Höhe (35 km). Rides on the historic Mur Valley Railway are a treat for families and steam locomotive enthusiasts alike. The events at the Benedictine monastery in St. Lambrecht, the Wood Museum in St. Ruprecht ob Murau, and the Vivarium in Mariahof are well worth a visit. Of course, you can also take a day trip to Klagenfurt (90 km), the Carinthian Lakes and Graz (140 km), or Salzburg (150 km).
