Fully stocked kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner, including Spices, an InstaPot, and a Coffee Bar including K cups, Syrups, Raw Sugar Packets, and Creamer Pods.


Washer and Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated laundry room! Includes a handful of laundry pods to get your stay started.

Family Friendly: For the youngest of your crew, we're outfitted with a Pack n' Play, Comfy Mattress pad, and a clean sheet to fit over Pack n' Play mattress. We also have a highchair!

Entertainment: Each bedroom and living room are outfitted with Smart TV's! Check under the TV console for some family friendly games such as Life, Uno, and Apples to Apples. Challenge your friends and family to some friendly competition with our magnetic Scrabble Board, Chess, Checkers, Tic Tac Toe, and Backgammon boards on the wall!

Beach Gear: Enjoy our complimentary beach wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach towels! Please be sure to wash the sand off of all toys and the wagon before bringing back up to the condo.

Beach Access: Take elevator down to 2nd Floor Climate Controlled Skywalk Bridge that allows you to cross over Beach Blvd without being on the street!

*Time from condo to beach = 2 minutes!*

The parking fee schedule for guests:
Day 1-3 will be $20.00 per day
Day 4-7 will be $0.00 per day
Day 8 and above will be $5.00 per day

During the months of November, December, January, February, and March the fee will be capped at $60.00 for the entire stay for the renter.

*Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather, marine life, beach closings etc.*

House Rules:

*You must be 21 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.
By booking, you agree to all of the following rules and agreements.

1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are NOT allowed at this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 9PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.

3. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 2-3 hours, similar to checkout.

4. You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items (including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.

5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

6. Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.

7. We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

8. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.

9. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.

10. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.

11. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations.

12. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

13. Infant & Baby Equipment Disclaimer
For your convenience, this property provides select baby and infant items such as a high chair, pack and play, and other similar equipment. By using any of these items, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Use of all baby and infant equipment is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
• The host is not responsible for any injury, accident, or harm resulting from their use.
• Guests are responsible for inspecting each item before use to ensure it meets their personal safety standards.
• Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times when using any provided items.

By booking this property, you agree that you assume full responsibility for the safe use of all infant and baby equipment during your stay.

14. By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
