Nestled in the heart of the picturesque “GrimmHeimat NordHessen,” the “Ferienwohnung Hänsel” is located in an idyllic half-timbered house. Whether you’re travelling for leisure or business, the tasteful, high-quality furnishings will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

For business travellers:

The booking confirmation/rental agreement serves as proof of travel. An additional invoice can be requested at the time of booking and will be issued after departure.

Rental rates apply to a maximum of 5 people.

A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bedding and towels are included.

There is no tourist tax.

Free street parking is available.



Immerse yourself in the world of Grimm’s fairy tales: Our holiday home “Hansel & Gretel” is as winding and intricate as the fairy-tale forest. Discover unexpected doors leading to hidden rooms.



Your holiday rental is located on the ground floor and features free Wi-Fi. In the living area, you’ll find a couch that can be used as an additional sleeping space. You can lean back in the recliner and reflect on the day with a glass of wine.



The dining room and kitchen are also lovingly furnished. Start your day off right. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances (e.g., a Moccamaster coffee maker).



The toilet is located separately in front of the bathroom. Four steps lead up to the bathroom. It features a bathtub, a lighted mirror, a washing machine, and a dryer.



From there, you’ll enter the first bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed. Adjacent to it is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The decor will put you in the mood for a stroll through Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe.



We offer smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with hard floors.



The holiday rental can accommodate up to 5 people. The half-timbered house was built around 1870 and renovated in 2020. The “Ferienwohnung Gretel” is located in the same holiday home but has a separate entrance.

Gepflegte Unterkunft

Ein süßes kleines Hessenhäuschen, aus dem die Vermieter dank liebevoller Sanierung und mit wenigen, aber sinnvollen Einrichtungsgegenständen eine freundliche Stimmung zaubern. Leider im Erdgeschoss nicht barrierefrei und für ältere Leutchen insofern mit ein paar kleinen Tücken (Treppenstufen zur Toilette, Badewane mit Duschfunktion). Dafür alles sehr gepflegt, modern und sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entspannt und zum Glück jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, denn die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war leider sehr knapp und nicht gut aussagefähig.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, mit gemütlichen Betten und allem was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Kinderspielplatz, was für uns auch super war. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter und Fewo & Meer. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, der Empfang unserer Vermieter sehr herzlich. Es wurde uns beim Check-In alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr hochwertig – mit viel Liebe zum Detail – ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Wir haben bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht und freuen uns darauf.
