The property was not very clean. Basement reeked of animal urine. There were stains on the main level rug of animal urine. One bedroom upstairs also had staining in the carpet. Some pots and pans were greasy. Some rooms were pretty outdated, which would have been fine if they were kept clean. So many corners in high traffic areas were filled with bugs, spider eggs and webs, and dirt. One of the lights in the screened in porch did not work. Loved the location of the house and the layout. Just wish it would have been cleaned/maintained better. Lots of family games provided, which was nice.
