A beautiful, fully furnished holiday flat, freshly renovated in early 2019, awaits you on the 2nd floor with a view of the
meadow of the Eckermannstraße
where the teaching apiary has also found its place. Very central and in the centre of Bad Bevensen in the spa zone 1.
1 large living room with dining area, TV and Amazon Prime
1 large bedroom with sofa corner and TV
1 separate kitchen with everything you know from home, including three different coffee machines
1 separate bathroom
1 separate children's room with two single beds
All connected by the spacious hallway
The pedestrian zone, the Jod-Sole-Therme, the spa gardens, the hiking trails along the Ilmenau and the beautiful and varied forest around Bad Bevensen are just a few steps away.
The doctors' surgeries, pharmacies, post office, church, railway and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, the flat is located on the corner of the quiet, little-travelled streets Im Ilmenautal / Eckermannstraße.
Hans Hermann, the squirrel and landmark of the town of Bad Bevensen and the namesake of this flat, lives in the world's first luxury coble, which he will gladly leave to you for your stay in the thermal town.
Via the very well-kept staircase, you enter the hallway of your flat through your front door, which is connected to the main entrance door of the house by an intercom system.
From there you enter the bathroom on the left and then directly into the living room with many other pieces of furniture to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. This includes the 52" flatscreen TV with amazon prime. From there, you can also access the spacious, covered balcony (125 x 540 cm) facing east and the Eckermannwiese with comfortable garden furniture.
In the separate kitchen you will find an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge and a freezer, all the small electrical appliances you have at home, as well as a bottle cabinet.
The hallway also leads to the bedroom with a double bed and separate 200 x 90 cm mattresses. In addition to a chest of drawers, you will find a "mute servant", a seating area with a couch and table, as well as a second television. From here you can access the small south-facing balcony.
Next to the bedroom and opposite the kitchen is the second bedroom/office. There you will find two single beds 80 x 200 with open foot end, a small reading corner and a desk with netbook, lan connection, screen, keyboard and mouse. Here you can surf the Internet endlessly and securely. However, WLan / Wifi is also available free of charge throughout the flat.
The bathroom consists of a washbasin, WC, bathtub with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer
All rooms are bright, friendly and newly furnished, so you will feel right at home here. The entire flat is cosily heated by gas central heating.
The bicycle cellar, at ground level and right next to the house entrance, is equipped with a socket so that you can safely park and, if necessary, charge the bicycles you have brought with you.
There is a car parking space on the property and directly in front of the house entrance which is reserved just for you.
You will feel at home and relax here!
