The beautiful space features a mix of cozy beds, including a king, queen, and three twins, perfect for families or groups. With two bathrooms, one offers a soothing bathtub to unwind after a day of exploring. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and keep up with your routine in the cool fitness room. Guests will find thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron to make packing light easy. This enjoyable home invites you to settle in and make lasting memories. We were in Texarkana for a fiahing tournament. The house was awesome! It had plenty of space for everyone. Darryl was quick to answer any qurstions we had. We will definitely be back if in town.

I would stay in this house, every single time I am in town. It's clean. Good location. The property owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is labeled so there isn't a question. Everything is new and in order. 10 out of 10.

The biggest issue we had is that the listing is advertised as 5 bedrooms, but the two upstairs in the game room were not actual bedrooms, and were far too uncomfortable to use in the heat. These rooms didn’t have doors for privacy, and one didn’t have an HVAC vent or any windows for an AC unit. It was over 100 degrees in that corner room. The twin mattresses and the queen mattress on the ground floor were a little uncomfortable too.That being said, the rest of the home was lovely. The decor was tasteful, the kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was spacious enough for gathering to chat or play the provided games. (We got a lot of use out of the chess set!) We appreciated the provided fans and the nice appliances like the washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. It was a very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It was conveniently close to stores and easy to get in and out of, had a lot of generic necessities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, dishes, etc. I personally REALLY appreciated the non-slip mat in the bathtub!The host was responsive and kind with requests, and that was appreciated. He provided an extra table and chairs for us, sent a plumber when one of the tubs got clogged, and was willing to let us check in early. He was a great host, and the home was generally comfortable aside from the aforementioned concerns.

Stayed here for 1 night with 2 adults and 4 children, and it was perfect! It was VERY CLEAN and spacious. The kids absolutely loved the game room. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.
