With its open, spacious L-shaped living and recreation room (60 sq m) and its proximity to Frankfurt, the self-catering house is ideal for project-related stays, such as smaller workshops, or for companies looking for upscale temporary accommodation for employees in the Rhine-Main area. The house is also popular as accommodation for family celebrations in a central location in Germany. The house is very quiet and, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, offers plenty of space to relax and regenerate thanks to the high ceilings on the ground floor and the generous layout of the rooms over 2 floors.

``` The house is ideal for a stay in summer thanks to its spacious grounds, a section of which has been set aside for guests (with a terrace, lawn, sun loungers, a grill, a large table and chairs, and parasols - see photos), a balcony, and a large courtyard for playing, as well as in winter thanks to the cozy tiled stove, the winter garden, etc. Minimum stay: 3 nights, high season: 5 nights! Heating oil (heating and hot water) is metered according to consumption and billed directly on site (€1.30/liter). Bed linen and towels can be rented optionally, or guests can bring their own.
