This apartment building with its six holiday apartments is just 250 metres from the sea and beautiful beaches. You can walk to the beach and into the town centre. The three-star house provides its guests with a quiet and relaxed residential atmosphere.

All the apartments have cable TV and wireless Internet access. Some also have air conditioning (cool/warm).

The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden with abundant greenery and Mediterranean plants. Each apartment has its own terrace or its own balcony. Behind the house there are also a shared terrace and a taverna, where guests can enjoy sitting together and grilling. The taverna has tables, benches, two grills, crockery, a fridge and a kitchen. The garden has an outdoor shower for cooling off on hot days, or for after returning from the beach. You can park on the private parking space in front of the house.

Owing to the location of the house, it is just 250 metres to the beach, which has many amenities. You can hire a moped, go on boat trips, go waterskiing or on a speedboat. Within 300 to 800 metres there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and sports facilities.

This apartment is on the third floor and provides 40m² of space for four people. It has a bathroom with a shower and WC and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a TV. Next to the bedroom there is a little kitchen equipped with cooking rings, a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Up on the gallery there is another sleeping area with two single beds (90 x 200cm). Next to the stairs leading to the gallery there is a dining space for four people. The bedroom has air conditioning (cool/warm).
