Let's start with check in, we walked up and saw shoes. We thought we were at wrong house. Then we went into the house the Host and another woman were laying on the master bed. After the host left , she was only 2 houses down. We noticed all of her personal photos of her and family . At this point we could tell this her actual home, which made my group and I feel extremely uncomfortable. I went to bathroom and noticed the soap( bar) was used. So we checked all bathrooms all the soap in the house was used bar soap. You could see hair on it. So grossed out. Then we asked for the Jacuzzi to be on. Well they wouldn't turn it on, I guess we had to tell them several days before hand however didn't state in policy. Very upsetting. Well next day while my family and I were enjoying a concert I kept getting messages from her stating to bring her Shien package in and put laundry room. Then next day same thing. So having several messages in 2 days about this package which was placed in the laundry room when we got back. Honestly the house was pretty however very uncomfortable knowing this her actual home that she lives in. The fact she was on bed laying on it dirty used soap,no hot tub mad the best of while at the house.

It take me a while to respond to your review because I was in shock when I read all your lies. I was thinking, How can an adult lie so much to cause harm? When you arrived, I was upstairs with my co-host, how could you see me lying at the bed? Also, I offer you to walk through the house that you refused it, but later lie about a Soap! And finally, why you take a package that it doesn't belong to you? Yes, I allow my guests to send packages but, you just needed to leave it where the carrier left it. But you took it, even if it did belong to you. Thats shows me who you were.
