Not only does it sit on Four O’Clock Run, it’s also just a short shuttle ride or walk to the shops, dining and entertainment of historic Downtown Breckenridge. This where your family and friends want to stay … and you’ll love it too!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo offers ski-in/ski-out access just outside your back door. A ground floor unit, it’s perfect for families and groups of up to 10 people who don’t want to lug their gear up the stairs! As you walk into the living room, you’ll instantly feel welcomed by the wide open floor plan. Gather around the fireplace while the chef in your group cooks in the kitchen or relax in the living room while watching the large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, and there is seating for six people at the dining table and another two at the breakfast bar.

The patio also has deck chairs to enjoy fresh air and listen to the creek running through the complex. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in unit, access to the Club House with shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs, and parking for two vehicles. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

A company handled the Hosting rather than an individual. The only negatives were the old hard mattresses and old pilllows. The owners have updated the unit but not the beds and pillows. Great location on lower 4 o’clock run to ski almost to the back door and Snowflake lift is 50 yards away.

Great location to the lift and slope. Only beef is that you had to use the access off the front door and not the back door (off the parking lot and ski access). Great place to stay with family and friends. Will likely stay there again!

Nice place, but water leak

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check in, we noticed that water spilled from the bathroom entrance when the floorboards near were walked on. Overnight, water also started leaking into the bedroom entrances, wetting the carpet near it. Maintenance was notified immediately. While the condo itself was nice, nothing was done about the problem during our stay. Laying down towels constantly and keeping mental track of the leak detracted from the enjoyment our stay.

The condo was in a perfect location, conveniently located close to the Snowflake lift. The unit was as expected. Beds comfortable. A few suggestions or things that would have been nice - board games in the unit, better instructions on how to access Netflix, etc on the TV. The front windows in the living room were drafty - only an issue if sitting on the window seat. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great experience made better by the staff at SMR. We would definitely come back again.

Great weekend getaway

Condo was great for a quick getaway with the ladies. A short walk to town and bike paths. We thought the place could use a spring clean to catch dirty kitchen appliances (blender base) and out of the way spaces like corners of rooms and under heating panels. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Close to downtown, easy drive out of town for hiking, rafting, etc. Nice place that was well stocked. The only things I would have like to have seen were some board games and a gas grill. The unit itself was very clean but the very small porch area was kind of dirty and could use a cleaning. Overall a great place to stay at a reasonable price for the area. Would be an awesome location for ski in/out in the winter, 20 yds from the snowflake lift.
