Beautiful place. Spotless. Comfy bed. The 3 of us had a great time. Only challenge was parking- the garage is very narrow (don’t recommend bringing an SUV) and street parking in the neighborhood is very tough to find, so only bring one car if you can.

What a great stay. Perfectly located in the heart of Newport. Short walking distance. The bikes were great too. Our host was very accommodating and made my sisters birthday very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and truly enjoyed all it had to offer. The location was fantastic and just a short walk to the beach, piers, and other seaside fun! There is also great shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, which made everything so convenient to get to. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio with BBQ, the private parking garage, and the beach cruisers available for use as they gave us a convenient and fun way to explore the neighborhood and local beach! The property was very clean, well maintained, the couch and beds were all super comfy, making it easy for my family and I to relax after long days of exploring Newport. Having access to an onsite washer and dryer and complimentary beach towels made such a difference and they were one less detail we had to worry about while traveling. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again!

The place was exactly as described, and as the photos show! Super cute, clean and great space. The location is great. The garage spot was too tight for our car (Grand Highlander, for reference), so parking was difficult later in the evening. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at West Newport. The house was beautifully decorated and clean, great kitchen and bathrooms and the beds were all very comfortable. We walked the small Marina area then walked to the beach path. Such a beautiful beach. Lots of places to checkout and great waves, fun place to walk in the surf.

A perfect place for our family. It has a nice open kitchen and we loved the welcome gift basket. Garage is a little tight but we got our SUV in it. Lots of nice stores and restaurants in walking distance including Nobu and it's right on the water. A big market is a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this place that's at lower cost that most in the area.
