The holiday home with Mediterranean flair is located in Croatia on the island of Pag (bridge to the mainland) in the town of Pag (Bosana district). The detached house, surrounded by century-old oak trees (some 200 years old) extends over the private grounds on a 1,290m² plot with plenty of green space. Are you a friend of nature and want a lot of peace and quiet and no hustle and bustle on your well-deserved holiday? Our holiday flat is ideal for nature lovers and guarantees a peaceful holiday thanks to its idyllic location. Our own pool also invites you to relax and the town of Pag also offers a peaceful ambience with a number of small, stylishly furnished restaurants.
You can expect a cosy, attractive, large 3-room flat with a separate staircase entrance and a pretty balcony (6m long in total approx. 7.2m²) with a small table and four chairs. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay of Pag. The flat is furnished as follows: - 2 bedrooms: each with a double bed (180x200cm and 160x200cm), bedside cabinet with lamp, large mirrored wardrobe - large living room: wall cupboard, comfortable couch, coffee table. TV SAT system (Astra), radio, air conditioning, WI FI Internet use free of charge. - Kitchen/living room: dining table with 4 chairs, kitchenette with 4 hotplates (gas/electric cooker), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, cooking utensils, crockery for max. 6 people, microwave, filter coffee machine, pod coffee machine, kettle - Small shower room: washbasin, WC and shower (hot water supply via central heating)
A free car parking space is available in the courtyard. Pool, sunbathing area with loungers, barbecue hut are also available.
If you don't want to miss out on wellness on holiday, you can use the in-house sauna. Other services* that can be organised on site: 1. day boat trips with skipper 2. day trips in a fishing boat 3. diving courses or snorkelling on site 4. guided road bike tours 5. mountain climbing for beginners approx. 5 km away 6. mountain climbing for advanced climbers approx. 55 km away *prices on request
The town centre with shops, bars and restaurants is approx. 2 km away. The beach is only 100m away. The beautifully situated holiday home is 26 m above sea level in a panoramic position and as a guest of our holiday flat you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Bay of Pag and the Velebit Mountains.
