Super cute & comfy cottage for myself, husband and two small children. Nice & clean. The small futon worked for my two kids, 4 and 7. No extra sheets though, so be sure to take your own for the futon. Shower was good, however a little small for my 6’4 husband. Very cute outside seating too. The walk to the beach was fine in the Fall. No complaints, would stay again!
