Our holiday flats are located in Neuried-Schutterzell. Both flats are in the same building. Therefore also suitable for groups of up to 8 people. Important for entrepreneurs: An invoice with deductible VAT can be issued on request. Neuried-Schutterzell is located between Lahr and Offenburg, 5 minutes from the Lahr motorway exit. Each flat has approx. 70 square metres, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, hallway, guest WC, storage room, logia/balcony. Pets are not allowed. All flats with 55" TV (140 cm). Non-smoking flat. Smoking on the balcony/loggia possible. Self-catering, bed linen and towels available on request. All flats have a loggia or balcony Parking spaces are available free of charge. Minimum stay 2 nights Booking of yoga classes and Reiki possible. Yoga therapist has her practice in the house. Individual lessons also possible. (by arrangement) EMS studio on the ground floor. (Appointments by arrangement) Fear of flying seminars in the house (ground floor) possible. (by arrangement) Wifi free of charge. In the interest of all tenants, the night's rest is "mandatory". Flat 3: Explanation of the floor plan: There is only 1 washbasin in the bathroom instead of 2, but there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Maximum occupancy 4 persons. Equipment: Living room: couch, recliner with stool, coffee table, flat bed LED TV 55 " (140 cm) satellite TV, DVD player, wardrobe, dining table with 4 chairs, game collection, children's high chair. Bedroom 1: wardrobe, double bed 180 cm x 200 cm with 2 comfort foam mattresses 15 cm, with bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers. The filling material of the quilted bed (climate fibre) does not provide a breeding ground for house dust mites, spores and fungi. This bed is therefore ideal for anyone who suffers from house dust allergies.

Bedroom 2: wardrobe, bunk bed with 2 large beds each 200 cm x 90 cm, with 2 comfort foam mattresses 15 cm, . Can be loaded up to 90 kg each with bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers. The filling material of the quilted bed (climate fibre) does not provide a breeding ground for house dust mites, spores and fungi. This bed is therefore ideal for anyone who suffers from house dust allergies. Bathroom: washbasin, mirror, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, hanging toilet, bathtub, shower, underfloor heating, towels.
