Your Phoenix adventure starts here at Desert Cove, a charming pet friendly 4-bedroom, 2-bath home perfect for families, groups, and extended stays. The open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for cooking and gathering. Relax in the great room, dine in the spacious dining area, or unwind on the covered patio. The primary suite includes a private bath with walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are located in a private, enclosed laundry room attached to the home and accessed from the backyard—just outside the back door to the left. Enjoy nearby Roadrunner Park, local dining, and easy access to all Phoenix has to offer.

Guest Information & House Rules:
Please note that we act solely as hosts on behalf of the homeowner, we do not work for VRBO, and this property is a privately owned residence and not a full-service 5 Diamond hotel. As hosts and property managers, our role is to assist guests and coordinate support when needed. While we do our best to help troubleshoot simple household items, we are not licensed plumbers, electricians, technicians, or appliance repair professionals. For specialized repairs or maintenance, we coordinate directly with the homeowner and qualified service providers to address the issue as quickly as possible.


Check-in / Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Late or same-day requests may incur a $30 fee. Door codes are sent only to the booking guest with a valid photo ID.

Guest Count: All overnight guests must be included in the reservation to ensure adequate supplies.

No Parties / Events: This is not a party house. Violations may result in immediate eviction and fees of $150–$200 or cost of damages.

Smoke-Free & Pet Policy: No smoking indoors. Small dogs, no cats (max 2, under 20 lbs, potty trained) are welcome with prior approval and a $75 per night per pet fee. Pets must be crated when unattended, and backyard cleanup is required.

Noise & Energy Use: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Thermostat set at 76–80°F; please close blinds and use fans to conserve energy. Guests are responsible for excessive energy costs beyond $250.

Cleaning: Standard cleaning provided. Deep cleaning (6–8 hours) available for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for spills, pet waste, or excessive messes. Standard cleaning does not include deep appliance or window cleaning.

Property Layout & Care: Please return furniture and decor to original positions before departure. Any personal items added must be removed unless approved. Shoes are allowed but avoid carpeted areas to prevent stains.

Laundry: Accessible via backyard patio. Please use responsibly.

Trash & Recycling: Place in community bins outside back gate on Sunday evenings. Pickup is Monday morning.

Mail & Packages: Amazon and food deliveries are permitted at the front door. No mailbox deliveries, banking, or similar activities allowed.

Liability & Safety: Guests assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illness during the stay. The home is not disability-friendly; two stories with stairs.

Confirmation & Compliance: Booking confirms you’ve read and agreed to all rules. Guests booking for others are responsible for any fines, damages, or issues.
