Enjoy the fresh mountain air, peace and quiet, and a magnificent mountain panorama. We offer you a spacious ground-floor holiday apartment, set back from the hustle and bustle, with a wonderful view of the Untersberg and the Hoher Göll, including the Kehlsteinhaus. Our house is located at an elevation of 950 m on the hiking trail to Rossfeld and the Rossfeld Panorama Road. It features a large garden and is the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain tours. We’re situated a short distance from the centre of Berchtesgaden and are easily accessible by car. The town centre and other attractions are just a few minutes’ drive away (town centre: 10 km, Königssee: 14 km, Salzburg: 25 km).
The holiday rental is located on the ground floor and, at 60 square metres, accommodates 2–3 people. A large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2 m x 1.80 m) ensures a restful night’s sleep. There is also a room with a single bed. A bright kitchen-living room with a cosy sitting area, couch, TV, and fully equipped kitchenette (stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) offers the perfect setting for Selbstversorger.Im The bathroom features a sink, shower, and toilet. You can enjoy the sun until late in the evening on the terrace or lawn. For children, there’s a swing, sandpit, and slide; parking is available right next to the house.
Our names are Johanna and Josef Kurz; we run a part-time dairy farm and work as a pharmacy technician at a pharmacy and as a locksmith for the Königssee Boat Tour, respectively.
