It is approx. 500 m from our holiday home to the Baltic Sea. From all living rooms and bedrooms you have a wide view over meadows and fields to the Baltic Sea. If you have binoculars, they would be very useful here. The holiday home plot is approx. 1000 square metres in size, completely fenced, ideal for children and animals.

Tea towels, hand towels and all household items are provided. An assortment of basic foodstuffs (sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, some spices and teas), a coffee machine for 8 - 10 people, cups, toaster, blender, microwave and dishwasher are available in the fitted kitchen.

From the hallway on the ground floor, the cosy and modern fitted kitchen with corner bench, table and chairs is located behind the entrance door on the right. A children's high chair is available and can be added, a second one is in the garage for outside use.
From the hallway you enter the living room with SAT-TV and CD-MC radio player. Numerous books and board games for all ages make it easy to survive a rainy day. Next to the living room is the first double bedroom (each bed 1 x 2 metres). A modern shower room with a deep shower tray, WC and washing machine completes the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a spacious living/bedroom with a double bed (also 1 x 2m per bed), washing facilities, a nappy-changing unit and the larger cot. A smaller cot (0.70 m x 1.20 m) can be set up on request.

You can reach the second toilet from the small upper corridor. The stairs can be secured with a gate on the upper level.

Opposite is the children's bedroom, which is connected to a small playroom plus bed. There are two single beds (1 x 2 m each) in the children's bedroom, so that this room can also be used by adults. The rooms are furnished to a high standard, everything is spacious, cosy and lovingly decorated.
There are 3 free car parking spaces in front of the house.
There is a sandpit, swings, tricycle, children's tractor, bobby cars, a handcart, roller boards, a play boat and much more for playing in the garden of the holiday home, and you are welcome to use the table tennis table and the professional table football game in our covered machine hall.
You can store bicycles, prams, panniers and other items in the garage belonging to the holiday home. Here you will also find garden furniture with cushions, deckchairs and a barbecue. You are welcome to help yourself to your heart's content in the herb bed belonging to the holiday home.

The garden table and chairs invite you to enjoy a sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning with a view of the sea. The distance to the natural beach, which is free of tourist tax, is approx. 500m, the town centre with shopping facilities is approx. 1 km away, a restaurant and a bakery with fresh bread rolls can be easily reached on a Baltic Sea walk in approx. 20 minutes (can of course also be reached by car). The energy costs (electricity, water, heating) are read according to meter readings when moving out and billed according to the usual tariffs. A highlight for many "little" visitors to our holiday home is often the evening feeding of our sheep on our small farm, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, but again so far away that no disturbance of the peace is to be feared. Our animals include sheep, cats, dogs, ducks, chickens - depending on the season there are of course also little chicks. Our animals are (almost) all very trusting and can be stroked
