This is a beautifully furnished condo located on the 4th level of a five-story, 20 unit building. Each private condo and all floors are easily accessible via an outside hallway, elevator, and two staircases. The condo is intimately located on the south-west corner of the building and offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with stunning 180-degree vistas. The condo can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The condo was refurbished in 2020.

The condo has a 1,200 sf open floor plan that includes a spacious living room and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The oversized master bedroom and on-suite bath has a comfortable king size bed, reclining loveseat, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and dresser, and reclining chair. There are three smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The large fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances, including an oven/stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is furnished with cookware, utensils, knives, glassware, dishes, toaster, blender coffeemakers, coffee grinder, crockpot, pantry and a large zero-water filtration pitcher.

This condo also provides high-speed WiFi, Cable TV, Amazon firestick, linens, towels, pillows and blankets, paper products, cleaning and soap products for kitchen, clothes and bath. For the beach we provide high boy chairs, large umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, swim gear and toys for the kids. For your children, we provide in the small bedroom closet an assortment of games and books, and a Graco Pak N Play, Chicco bassinet and highchair.

The open parking deck provides easy access for two guest parking spaces. Disabled parking spaces are located at the buildings front entrance. Enjoy the beachfront sunning deck that surrounds a large heated pool, and includes two gas grills. Carts are located under the ground floor staircase to help you move your personal items.

In addition to beach walks, sunset views, perfect stargazing conditions, and sea turtle nests in season, the condo offers easy access to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bike and boat rentals, marine aquariums and many highly-rated museums.
