The modern kitchenette is equipped with every convenience - from a four-ring ceramic hob, an oven combined with a microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a drinking water filter and an espresso machine. The two comfortably furnished bedrooms each have a double bed (2x90x2.00m) and a wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms, including a shower, WC and bidet - one of which is an en-suite bathroom. Internet with WLAN and satellite TV with German channels provide additional comfort. Tasteful, high-quality bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided.

In the outdoor area of the holiday home, a Spanish-style patio with a small decorative fountain invites you to linger in the shade. The communal pool area with heated swimming pool (8m x 8m) offers a breathtaking view of the tropical garden and the sea.

The finca enjoys complete tranquillity, nestled in a natural mountain landscape, beyond a small ravine, with only a few neighbours. It is very private and not overlooked. For larger groups, it is possible to rent one or two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom and separate entrance.

On the sun terrace with pergola, which stretches the entire length of the house, you will find a large wicker lounger for two people, sun loungers for relaxing and a dining area for six people. Both the living room and both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace through glass doors.
