I have been coming to the World Am for 15 years and renting Condos. This was one of the best, if not the best experience. Condo is spacious, clean, very well appointed and in a great location. Jere, the host, was very attentive and a pleasure to work with.

This was by far the best property we have stayed in over several trips to the NMB area! Jere was so helpful, communicative and wonderful to work with. The condo was “as advertised” and provided everything we needed. We love the barefoot area and had no shortage of places to go enjoy activities and eat amazing food. I would 100% recommend booking with Jere and we are already planning on returning in the next couple years. Thanks for a great trip!

Beautiful property with nice balcony overlooking the IC. Nicely decorated with comfy beds. Jere is a great host who wants his guests to have a great experience at his property. I had a very positive experience from the start of looking into the place. Here was amazing from the start. He made sure everything was A from the very beginning. He actually cares about you and you having a great vacation. Great people! The room was great. We were able to check in early and greeted with a snack! I will definitely stay at his places again! The room was great and the pool is amazing. So much to do around the area. Dublin winery was right down the street. It is close to all of the stores. He even brought me over a huge steam pot because we love to cook in the room on vacation! Just great all around!

We are located on the Waccamaw international waterway with two balconies one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom fully furnished. We’re only a mile and 3/4 to the beach with shuttle service.
