Our Holiday Rentals

Our cosy holiday rentals were completely renovated and refurbished in 2019/2020. The roof was also insulated, ensuring a comfortable temperature even in the summer.

The Sunrise Apartment is a 2-room apartment (hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom)
It faces east towards the street (a quiet side street) and gets morning sun until noon.
Accommodates up to 4 people (please note the width of the sofa bed)


Both apartments are approximately 52 square metres in size and each has a balcony.
They are located on the 1st floor, have sloped ceilings, and are not wheelchair accessible.
All rooms have natural light and, with the exception of the north-facing windows, are equipped with electric blinds.

The bedroom has a double bed with two 180 x 200 cm mattresses.
The living room has a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed (please note this when accommodating 4 guests!

- Holiday Apartment 1: a 55" TV on a rolling stand in the living room and a 50" TV with a swivel wall mount in the bedroom

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker (Senseo Pad), electric kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils, as well as sugar, salt, spices, and coffee pods for your first morning.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
It includes a hair dryer, toothbrush cup, liquid soap dispenser, shampoo, shower gel, facial tissues, as well as towels and a bath mat.

Each balcony has a table, two chairs, and a parasol.

Additional amenities:
Clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies.

Please note before booking: We welcome guests over the age of 12, who are counted as adults here.

For smokers, we’ve set up a cosy smoking lounge right in front of the entrance, next to a beautiful fig tree—non-smokers are, of course, welcome to sit here as well. For fire safety reasons, smoking is not permitted on the balcony.
