Our beautifully appointed Mediterranean-style villa is nestled among the palms in the heart of the resort, just minutes from glistening Gulf waters, private beach access, the neighborhood swimming pool, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This inviting coastal retreat features an open-concept layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered back patio with golf course views. With two complimentary golf carts included, getting around the resort is effortless, whether heading to the sugar-white sands, the neighborhood pool, or an evening out at Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard.

Inside, the home features a bright, open-concept layout with upscale furnishings, thoughtful coastal décor, and a built-in speaker system throughout. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal and features stainless steel appliances as well as an eat-in bar top. The dining and living areas flow seamlessly from the kitchen, creating a welcoming space for relaxing after a day enjoying the beach or exploring the resort. The spacious living area offers comfortable seating along with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Just off the main living area, the covered back patio overlooks the scenic golf course and provides a peaceful outdoor setting for grilling and dining al fresco. This space features a gas grill and a fire pit, making it perfect for winding down in the evenings while enjoying the coastal breeze and views.

The primary suite, located on the first floor, features a comfortable king bed, a spacious closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. This suite also offers a dedicated remote work station with a built-in desk, creating a convenient place to work or plan the next day’s activities.

Upstairs, the first guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and features an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, providing a comfortable and flexible layout for families and friends.
