Pool heating: US$35 per nigth (minimum 3 nights)

BBQ grill: US$95 per stay (includes propane and cleaning)

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with an additional fee of US$ 50 per pet.
Maximum of 3 pets, up to 15 kg (33 lbs) each.
Any exception requests must be approved in advance.

ATTENTION: The use of the clubhouse and community areas is managed by the homeowners association. We are not responsible for closures due to maintenance, weather, or other factors beyond our control, and these situations do not qualify for refunds.
