Come enjoy this private spot by the river. Do a little kayaking, enjoy the private beach, soak in the hot tub, play piano. Have some fun with cornhole or badminton. The home has 3 queen beds, and a sofa bed, and two bathrooms. We converted my husband's former architecture office. a separate building next to the main house, into a fourth bedroom and sitting room with a full bath. The bathrooms are fully stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and linens. Each building has a cozy living room with a fireplace. Each living room has couches that sleep one. There are quiet office areas in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with most anything a cook could want. Each room has large windows looking out at my beautiful garden and the river. We have a 220 v. car charger available to you at no cost. Enjoy excellent comfort year-round with heating and air conditioning. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

About the host
Hosted by Nancy Todd
I'm a retired school teacher and principal. My husband, an architect, and I, lived in River House for 40 years and remodeled it extensively. Then we built another home with a living roof on the lot next door. We have really enjoyed meeting all the good people who have rented our old home
Why they chose this property
It's beautiful and private. We raised our kids here, swimming and kayaking.
What makes this property unique
With a private beach and a hot tub and many games to play, this is a great place for families to enjoy time together. You are surrounded by nature. We often see otter in the river. The great blue heron comes by daily.
