In the birch grove at Svalemåla Holiday Village, you'll stay 300 meters from the sea with a view of Gyön's old fishing village in a beautiful landscape, with nearby hiking and biking trails, and in the heart of Blekinge's archipelago. Here, you'll be staying on a pristine coastal strip with sandy beaches and rocky cliffs that invite you to sunbathe, swim, and hike. From the beachfront sauna, you'll have views of Järnavik's archipelago and Gyön's old fishing village. Blekinge is also called the Garden of Sweden—and Svalemåla lies between meadows and the sea. It's wonderfully peaceful here, but never boring.

The Blekinge archipelago is fantastic in summer and spring, and in autumn, there are unique fishing opportunities, especially for pike and sea trout.

The spacious natural grounds offer beautiful lawns with trees and flowers. Parking is available at all accommodations.

Sixteen generations have worked the farm, cultivated the forest, raised livestock, and cultivated crops here. The holiday village was built in 2003, and today, cattle graze in the pastures surrounding the foundations, burial mounds, and stone circles from the Bronze and Iron Ages. Two and a half kilometers of typical stone walls frame a preserved cultural landscape, bordered only by the sea and bearing traces of centuries-old settlement – ​​making every walk a historical tour.

The nearest shopping facilities are in the town of Bräkne-Hoby, 8 km from Svalemåla – here you'll find an ICA supermarket, restaurants, a pizzeria, and even an ATM. A pharmacy, bank, and other shopping facilities can be found in the nearest larger town, Ronneby, about 20 km from Svalemåla. Svalemåla is ideal for relaxing with an active holiday amidst pristine natural scenery. Here you can kayak in the archipelago, rent a boat, and fish for large pike, hike, bike, or simply relax on the small sandy beach.

In the service building, you can use a washing machine and dryer. Of course, you can also book a boat, kayak, or the wood-burning sauna at the same time.

We offer 10 modern vacation cottages for 4 or 6 persons with all facilities located 300 meter from the beach; see view over the beautiful Svalemåla bay nearby the small fishermen’s village Gyön in the archipelago of Järnavik.
If you want to do something else then relaxing, laying on the beach sunbathing and swimming we arrange a lot of alternatives all year around.
Catch the big pike, a peach, a salmon or a cod. We the best Pike fishing right outside the beach.
Rent a motorboat, sea kayak with all necessary equipment or bike. The location is perfect for exploring the archipelago in daytrips with a kayak and rest and relax in the house during evenings and night.

On the covered terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs and a barbecue, you can relax wonderfully.

The wooden house with space for up to four people is about 35m ² (floor plan + loft) and consists of: a living room / kitchen with kitchen furniture, sofa and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a two plate stove, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Downstairs is a smaller bedroom with a so-called family bed / bunk bed 120cm + 80cm and an adjacent bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. As it is open, there is an additional floor / sleeping loft in the gallery with another double bed that can be split into two single beds.

There is washing machine and a tumble dryer in the reception building that is free to use.

Kleine Ferienwohnanlage zum Wohlfühlen

Die Anlage ist klein und ohne Schnickschnack. Unser Haus hatte einen Raum mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie zwei Schlafetagen in den Dachschrägen für vier weitere Personen, vornehmlich Kinder aufgrund der geringen Deckenhöhe. Die Ausrüstung des Küchenbereiches war bescheiden, die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs eine Frechheit. Kontakt zum Verwalter schnell, nett und hilfsbereit.
