Willkommen im schönen Koblenz am Rhein und in unserer liebevoll gestalteten Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Lützel!
Die Ferienwohnung ist 94qm groß und befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines 6-Familien-Hauses und ist für 6 Personen nutzbar.
Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss 5 Minuten entfernt und Bus und Bahn sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Da wir im gleichen Haus wohnen, ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da, der auch sehr gerne gute Tipps gibt :-)

Das Haus hat eine eigene abschließbare Tiefgarage und einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohn-Schlafzimmer inklusive Essecke und Arbeitsplatz, ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne, separater Toilette, ein überdachter Balkon, ein Abstellraum, zwei Flure und eine vollausgestattete Küche.
Die Ferienwohnung ist für bis 6 Personen nutzbar, ggf. mehr Personen auf Anfrage möglich.
Zu Fuss erreichen Sie die Innenstadt innerhalb von 5 Minuten. In 2 Minuten sind Sie am Moselufer.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Bahnhof Lützel und 3 Bushaltestellen.
Lebensmittelmärkte (insgesamt 6 Stück) sind ebenfalls in max. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ihr Auto können Sie sicher in unserer abschließbaren Tiefgarage abstellen. Das Gleiche gilt auch für Ihre Fahrräder, für die ein abschließbarer Fahrradkeller vorhanden ist.

Big apartment with secure parking

Good stay (one night). Bed comfy, nice shower products. Check in is difficult for foreigner without cell phone coverage. We couldn't find wifi until we finally drove to the train station in order to call to tell the owner that we were there. Owner's mother came to let us in and was very pleasant.

The apartment is well furnished and good sized. The bathroom has very limited access to the tub and shower. People with mobility issues or oversized people are going to have problems. The toilet is at the other end of the apartment and smells strange, not good.The laundry is in the basement, we didn't use it, was too far.Underground parking is included.The location was ok, 20 minutes walk WWto the old town.Stores are close by.

Wonderfully appointed and great location!

We traveled with our two small children and had the most wonderful experience. After a long day of travel, the host met us and showed us where to park and offered to help us up to the apartment. It was clean, beautifully laid out and had all the things we needed for the kids. She even went above and beyond and knowing the markets were closed picked up a few groceries for us in advance. I can’t say enough good things about The property. The location was excellent, it was a easy and scenic short walk over the bridge into town which was a great stretch of the legs. It was very safe and there is a playground nearby as well. The town itself was great but it was nice being just tucked away. The only thing I would note is that there are quite a few stairs and no elevator, again well worth it but just something to be aware of if you have heavy luggage. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Wer sich gerne "fast wie" zuhause fühlen möchte, ist in der Ferienwohnung genau richtig!Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist zentral gelegen und in ca.10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt, die sehr einfach zu finden ist. Mehrere Frühstückscafés sowie einige Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe und sind leicht zu erreichen.Da es in Koblenz mit Parkplätzen eher schlecht aussieht, war der angebotene Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ein Glücksgriff.Die Gastgeberfamilie ist wirklich sehr nett, entgegenkommend und bei Problemchen immer hilfsbereit gewesen!Diese Ferienwohnung kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!!!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles was man so braucht war da. Vom erst Kontakt nach der Reservierung, bis zur Abfahrt am letzten Tag lief alles super! Sehr freundliche Vermieter:-) Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Perfekt für Kurztrip

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und in einer super Ausgangslage. Ein kurzer Spaziergang über die Moselbrücke, und man ist direkt im Zentrum von Koblenz und am Deutschen Eck. Vermieter waren sehr nett. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und verfügt über vieles was für eine Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich ist. Super Wohnung, tolle Lage, nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die drei geräumigen Schlafzimmer, sind alle unterschiedlich und haben verschiedenen Themen. Die Küche ist auch mit Geschirr und allem anderen gut ausgestattet - es fehlte an nichts. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist zwar nicht schön - aber die Anfahrt und die Tiefgarage waren für uns sehr praktisch. Und zu Fuß über die Rheinbrücke ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben auch mit kleinen Tipps und Tricks ausgeholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Top - Alles perfekt

Wir wurden vor der Tür bereits empfangen und freundlich begrüßt. Der Vermieter begleitete uns sogar in die Tiefgarage und zeigte uns dann die Wohnung. Uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet, alles war sauber, sie ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Innenstadt und zum Deutschen Eck überquert man kurz die Mosel und ist in 10 Minuten vor Ort. Kurz: die Lage ist perfekt und durch den Tiefgaragenstellplatz sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank den Vermietern für diese liebevoll eingerichtete und Top-ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir würden sie sofort wieder mieten und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
