Relax in this gorgeous, airy, quiet, five-star spa-like retreat just three blocks from shops, restaurants, and winery tasting rooms. Luxuriate in high thread-count cotton sheets with goose down bedding. Each of the three guest rooms has its own bathroom, making each a master suite. Lounge by our gas fireplace. Cook in the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen. Shower outdoors in our heated spa shower next to the Jacuzzi hot tub. We have a gas grill, speakers in every room, and Wifi throughout. There are four bicycles to use, a ping pong table and DVDs and games. Every amenity awaits your visit. Sit in our steam shower to warm up on a cool day. There are lovely places to dine al fresco on our patios or sit in outdoor arm chairs with a glass of wine. Our West Side streets are fun to stroll and there are also acres of vines within a couple of blocks of our door. St. Helena is the best place to base a visit to the valley from because it is so central. Let us help you with recommendations for things to do, places to eat and restaurants to try. Lie on our deep window seat reading a novel (there are plenty of books in the house). We are eager to make your visit as fun and relaxing as possible! The house sleeps 6 in luxurious suites that feature king or queen beds. It really is paradise and you will feel yourself unwind from the moment you arrive. Your final cleaning fee is on us! This is a NO SMOKING house and we rent by the month, 30-night minimum, which is law in Saint Helena. Thanks for understanding!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put everything you moved back in place, empty trash and take cans to the curb, handle out, 3 feet apart. leave shower doors open, • wash the kitchen counters, sink, and appliances. Leave house neat.
Turn hot tub to 80-degrees and cover it, • Close the pool cover. In winter, put pump in the middle of the cover and hose in the drain. Take the seat cushions inside the pool house in rainy season
Make sure all outdoor lights and fans are turned off Lock all doors (pool house too). Leave the keys on the dining table. Use the key in the rock safe to lock up the house. Return it to the safe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet outdoors after 9pm. Complaints about noise or behavior is cause for eviction with loss of rent paid. No more than 8 people at house at any time.
Send photo IDs of everyone in your party and have a phone interview with host within 48 hours of booking. No rentals longer than 3 months allowed.

Roomy Relaxation

This property has everything, hot tub, pool, gourmet kitchen and plenty of usable space including front and back yards. All are designed with plenty of style and comfort. The location can’t be beat and our little Frenchie made lots of friends nearby.

A month in St. Helena

Great house, terrific location! The pool is awesome and Mila and Tyler are great hosts. A very relaxing and enjoyable month in Napa Valley!

Absolutely perfect rental in wine country paradise!

This house is perfectly set up for an idyllic stay in Napa any time of year. Plush bathroom robes, lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool, bikes for riding into St. Helena...Mila and Tyler thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was like our own private hotel. I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful St. Helena Vacation

The property is beautiful, fully equipped, well furnished, stylishly appointed and VERY comfortable. The owners were helpful and very easy to contact. They were quick to answer questions and provide helpful information about the home as well as activities in the area. We had a great 2 month vacation and will definitely be back and happy to recommend this lovely place to friends and family. Thank you Mila & Tyler, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Bliss out in St. Helena

My husband and I spent a delightfully relaxing and fun-filled weekend with another couple at this lovely home within walking distance of downtown St. Helena. The home is located in a residential neighborhood (so we felt like locals), tasteful, and inviting, and could easily have accommodated an additional 2-4 guests. We hung out in the backyard hot tub and pool, sampled the local coffee shops and restaurants, and strolled the neighboring vineyards. Yountville and its selection of world class restaurants is close by, as are hikes in the picturesque hills. There was even a film festival going on in town. One could easily spend an entire week here and try a new activity everyday while still feeling completely relaxed and at home, but we only had a weekend! We'll definitely be back! This home will appeal to a wide variety of guests--couples, families, "girls' weekend away," wedding party, etc. The property is extremely well maintained and the hosts are very attentive to guests' needs.

A little gem in a walk-to-everything location

If you are looking for a perfect pied-à-terre in St. Helena, this is it. Newly renovated and fresh as a daisy, this 3 Bedroom has new floors, nice bathrooms, a good-sized kitchen, modern decor, and two fireplaces - one is a "flip the switch" gas FP in the back family room overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard, pool and spa area - great for chilling out on chilly evenings without lifting a finger (well just one!). Walk to Roasters or Model Bakery every morning for your coffee or tea, walk home from Cameo theater, Cook, Market, French Blue, or any number of fabulous restaurants in downtown St. Helena - not to mention the shops. Perfect for a small family, 2 couples, or just yourselves. We are veterans of the area, have been coming to Napa Valley for over 20 years, and this one is a find. We stayed more than a month, and plan to return. Mila and Tyler are terrific hosts and the other neighbors we met are wonderful too. A truly comfortable, delightful spot for however long you can stay. A gem!!

Feels like arriving home again - a true gem in St. Helena

We just spent another February in Mila & Tyler's lovely, warm, delightful, very special home - our favorite spot to stay now in St. Helena, where we have been coming for over 20 years. At this point, we feel like it is our very own home that we "share" with Mila and Tyler whenever we can. If you are coming to the wine country, and can stay awhile, don't miss it. I am a VERY picky vacation home renter, and this one is a real winner - comfortable yet stylish, very livable and inviting - and the backyard, pool and spa are incredible! We had superb weather and were outdoors most of our entire month-long stay - out in the back yard relaxing and/or using the strong WIFI throughout the yard, walking through the vineyards, walking to a great restaurant for another great meal (yes, you can walk anywhere in St. Helena in minutes!), or grilling at home in the lovely spa-like back yard. The pool truly looks like a photo from the Four Seasons, with 4 loungers, large umbrellas, a secluded spa tucked around the corner in a private nook, comfy wicker seating/conversation areas plus a dining table + 8 folding teak chairs for easy outdoor dining under the wisteria-covered pergola. Divine! And my husband and I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the owners, Mila & Tyler, and consider them to be friends now. We feel like locals now, and always feel immediately at home when we arrive at this blissful spot in the heart of the very best town in Napa Valley… highly recommended!!

Very relaxing weekend!

I recently spent a weekend at this lovely home in St Helena with my son, his wife and their daughter (age 7) -- so 3 generations. We all had a great time. The rooms and pool are more spacious than the photos and the hot tub is more secluded than the photo. So, although the photos make it all look great, in person it is even better!!! We were there at the end of October when the weather is unpredictable but we were lucky with cool but sunny days. The pool was comfortably heated, so it got a lot of use and the hot tub was a great hit. The open living space inside made it very comfortable to sit inside with the fire on, read and watch the swimmers. We didn't cook at all, although the kitchen is very inviting. The wonderful restaurant selection within a short walk, made not cooking an easy decision. We just had a very relaxing stay and didn't do any exploring or wine tasting out of town, so never got into the car. The neighborhood is charming, has some very interesting homes and is very pleasant to wander around, taking different routes for the few blocks to the main street of St Helena. This is an extremely pleasant home in which to stay and St Helena has enough attractions and restaurants to keep one happy. The owners have gone out of their way to accommodate with helpful suggestions of places to visit and to eat. They were very prompt responding to our questions and we felt that they really wanted us to have a good time. We did and we plan to return!

Amazing month in Napa

Wonderful Stay

We just spent a month in this beautiful home and had a wonderful experience. The house, gardens, pool, amenities and location are excellent. Very close to town so we biked and walked everywhere….didn’t need a car. It was our first time staying in St. Helena and loved all the restaurants and shops. The house was stocked with everything that we needed. Mila and Tyler we wonderful hosts and always willing to help if we needed anything. Thank you to you both….you truly have a special home.

Absolutely lovely home with beautiful gardens

From the moment we walked in the front gate we fell in love with this home. The gardens are beautiful and relaxing and the fruit and vegetable garden were an added bonus. The location is a few blocks to downtown St. Helena and some great restaurants but tucked into the neighborhood enough that it was super quiet. The house itself felt open and airy and was perfect for family-time relaxing. I think we ate almost every meal out on the back patio and swam in the salt-water pool every day. We are already scheming on when we can go back. A big thank you to our hosts Mila and Tyler.

Wonderful month-long stay in St. Helena

Mila was a wonderful and gracious host, checking in on us, responsive, very helpful in locating items in the house, and suggesting activities and restaurants nearby. The house is incredibly well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. The sheets, towels, and all furnishings were very high quality and comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful to use during the holidays. Spacious home that was perfect for our family! Really felt like our own vacation home. Location was also fantastic and easy to walk to DT St. Helena for restaurants and window shopping!

The perfect Wine Country stay

Everything is right at this terrific home in St. Helena. The living space is well- designed and efficient yet wonderfully comfortable. The pool and patio and hot tub all lend themselves to full enjoyment of the California weather. The kitchen is well-stocked and user-friendly. Best of all however is your owner/hostess Mila, who goes out of her way for her guests. Very highly recommended!

Such a wonderful time in this adorable home! Could not have asked for anything better! Wonderful beds, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, backyard pool and spa, landscaping, location - and especially the hosts! So easy to deal with and their attention to detail is impeccable! We did not want for a thing! Location is perfect to walk to the Model Bakery for one of Oprah’s favorite things - fresh baked English muffin every morning! Wineries and great restaurants galore! Try Taylor’s to the Press! Thank you so much to Tyler and Mila for a wonderful time in St Helena!

Incredible St. Helena home with beautiful pool

We spent the month of August in this beautiful home in the heart of St. Helena. We have rented homes before and often they don't quite live up to the pictures online. This home however exceeded all our expectations and was even more beautiful in person. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the front door. It is so beautifully decorated and light and spacious and has every amenity you could think of. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want to cook a gourmet meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious with plenty of closet space. The beds and linens and towels were all so comfortable and luxurious. My husband and I brought our own pillows from home but didn't need to because the pillows at the house were as comfortable if not more than ours were! The pool and the backyard looked like it could be a 4 star resort. The jacuzzi and outdoor shower were a bonus! The house is close to Main Street and we walked to shops and grocery stores and restaurants which was such a treat since we live in Houston and have to drive everywhere. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we took long walks everyday since the weather is so nice. I just can't say enough about this fabulous home and will definitely rent it again. It was so well maintained and immaculate and if we had any questions the owner and manager of the property were easily available to answer them. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in beautiful St. Helena in a resort type home.

Best stay ever!

This was our second time enjoying this amazing place for a summer month. We wouldn't be able to write in this short review all the great things about this beautiful home and yard; not to mention that it is in the best location in St. Helena (actually in all of Napa Valley in my opinion). Perfect House in a Perfect Location

Thank you Mila and Tyler for opening your home to us, it felt just like home from the minute we walked in! We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and surrounding vineyards, delicious dinners on the grill in the evening, and of course a daily visit to the spa like backyard for a soak in the hot tub. The location is superb, you can walk to everything (grocery store, downtown St. Helena, tasting rooms, movie theater, etc.) there were days we didn't even move the car. The linens and towels were exceptional and your attentiveness and quick responses exceed all expectations.

Private Oasis in the Heart of Wine Country

Wow. Talk about meeting and exceeding expectations! We knew when we saw the pics on Homeaway that this house was "the one" for us. But once we got there, we were even more pleasantly surprised and pleased. My husband, myself and our 7 year old son got to enjoy this beautiful home for the whole month of July. There was nothing the owners didn't think about to provide the best hospitality. From the decor, to the kitchen accommodations, to the bath amenities, to the surround speakers, games, votive candles/holders, etc, etc.. I could go and on. Not to mention the lovely flower and herb garden, in which I picked flowers and kept them around the house in the many vases that were provided. We enjoyed fantastic dinners, at home, by the luxurious pool and soaked in the beautiful backyard scene (the lighting was on point!). We enjoyed playing ping pong, as a family, as well. During the day, my son played at the park with some of the local families and was able to attend Napa British Soccer Camp for a week of our stay. This allowed my husband and I the opportunity to go to nice lunches in Rutherford, Napa, and several of the wineries. We love Bistro Don Gionanni and the Rutherford Grill. Brunching at Meadowood wasn't bad either:) ...but, mostly, we stayed right where we were in St. Helena..Such a beautiful and safe town in which we, really and truly, felt like it was our "Home away from Home" with all the comforts of this lovely house. Walking into town for shopping and eating was such a treat, not to mention the awesome bikes the owner provided for us! I can't remember the last time I actually was able to ride a bike to the grocery store! So awesome! We rarely had to reach out to Mila, but when we did, she was very warm and receptive. We would recommend this home to anyone! It's amazing and perfect in all ways. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend the month! I can promise you that we will be back! Maybe next July! ;). Absolutely awesome home...Outstanding hospitality from the owner

We stayed at this beautiful home for the month of July and all I can say is that this home and yard are amazing in every way! The home was so warm and inviting with all the amenities that one can think of. We loved the comfortable beds and the washrooms were perfect. I could go on and on about how great the house is, but wanted to leave room for saying how we felt like we were at a private 5 star boutique hotel when we were in the backyard. The pool and hot tub are amazing, the seating area and table and chairs were perfect, and we loved the outdoor shower. The location of the home was key! We really enjoyed being so close and just walking into town for morning Latte, afternoon stroll down main street and also to some restaurants for dinner. St. Helena is for sure the place you want to be for your Napa holiday. Thank you Mila and Tyler for sharing your home with us. You were amazing hosts that cared so much that we were looked after and that we were happy with everything. Our stay at your home exceeded our expectations in every way!!

fabulous wine country getaway

this gorgeous home is a ten star retreat (though the scale only goes to 5, that's how spectacular it is) replete with a fabulous kitchen, super comfortable beds (and i am picky on this one,) great showers and fuzzy bathrobes, a pool that makes one exhale just looking at it from the comfortable lounge chairs beside it, each with its own sun umbrella, beautiful outdoor and indoor entertaining and dining spaces, luxurious private hot tub and outdoor shower in a garden setting, and gorgeous flora everywhere including a voluminous fig tree and flowering wisteria covering the trellis ensconced outdoor entertaining area. all of this is a short walk into town with fabulous restaurants and a great little bike shop. road cycling in this area is to die for. amazing wineries are close by. while there is no reason to spa anywhere else but the house, i would recommend calistoga for the farmer's market. we were there for a girls reunion, but this is a romantic and intimate spot that would serve well for good friends, families, and couples alike. the owners, mila and tyler, are super responsive and were clearly invested in their home and in our having a great experience there. i will be back. highly recommend!!

Exceptional resort style retreat

This home is a true gem! Ideal location and beautifully decoratedwith confortable beds and powerful showers. A small walk and you're in the center of St Helena. This resort style home resembles a 5 star hotel with all its amenities including a fantastic heated pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are very comfy and stylish. The owners are very responsive and always available for any recommendations We've been all over the world and also rent our second home and this home sits on the top of the most memorable. Perfection! Think HGTV remake for your vacation home. Perfect for 3 couples or a family. Privacy for everyone. The beds are better than anything you have slept on. Even the nightlights are thoughtfully placed so you know where you are in the dark. A great chef's kitchen with all you would need if the best of St. Helena weren't 3 blocks away! Great living room with a huge built-in day bed area plus comfortable sofas for lounging and conversation. A spa backyard with a hot tub and wonderful pool. Great lounge chairs with huge umbrellas or not. Dining and conversation area. All this just in the backyard. Not a huge house but it feels huge and spacious. As good as the photos on the website are, they don't do it justice. It's even better.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Dear Mila, My husband and I have been renting your beautiful house now for two months and will be sad to leave next month when our term expires!! The house is a little gem -- beautifully decorated, charming and comfortable. The well appointed bedrooms are all very private, and each has its own bath -- ideal for having company. The kitchen is well stocked and pleasant to work in. The open dining and living rooms are the nicest feature for us. The tall vaulted ceiling in the living room gives the living area an open and airy feel. Three French doors in the living room open onto the very private, quiet pool area with a wisteria covered pergola right out the back door and then the delightful swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by tall shrubbery for complete privacy. To sit by the pool on a chaise under one of the four roomy umbrellas is heaven. Equally charming is the town of St. Helena -- a short walk away -- with coffee shops, a wonderful little cinema, clothing stores, and good restaurants. Our favorite so far is Archetype, with unusual presentations and a calming atmosphere. (One favorite dish is the chilled asparagus Napoleon for a starter.) Other activities include, of course, tasting wine at one of the myriad vineyards within a 10 mile radius. We also love riding bikes around the vineyards that start just a few blocks from the house. For the more adventurous, there are miles of roads through the vineyards on and just off of the Silverado Trail, just a mile or so away. Walking along the shores of Lake Hennessey, just 5 miles away is a special treat, with many species of birds and water fowl to see. I can't say enough about the care and attention that you, Mila, and your husband, Tyler, have shown. You have been available for every question we have and have thoughtfully prepared a helpful notebook with suggestions for restaurants, vineyards and many other things. I would recommend this property unreservedly for anyone who wants a retreat from the hustle-bustle of life in a beautiful setting with all the amenities.

We have four kids, and bought this house as a family weekend getaway. We are retired TV producers in the Bay Area. Mila always imagined creating a fun rental experience for guests, so she has had a great time getting the house ready with fluffy towels, toiletries, warm throws, and every comfort.

Why they chose this property

We made a bid on this house immediately after touring it because it is unique in its beauty, charm and design. Everything is so well thought out. There are endless ways to enjoy the home, and all of it is uncluttered yet cozy and serene. You can park your car and not use it for days if you want, or tour the valley from this very central location. There are lovely vineyard walks within a couple of blocks. The Wine Country is truly one of the most beautiful places in the United States, and the variety of great eating, drinking, hiking, and biking experiences that await you is unmatched. It changes with every season!

What makes this property unique

When you open the three huge french doors that face onto the pool, turn on the slow-moving overhead fans, and plug in your Ipod to our whole-house sound system, you will know why we love this home. The neutral colors of the walls are soothing, and the light pours in through the huge, steel windows. Outdoors, there is a veggie garden, from which you can usually pick lemons or tomatoes or herbs, sometimes even peaches, figs, or pears. At night, the outdoor lighting creates a magical environment for al fresco dining or wine tasting with friends. Set out the candles, sit under the solar lanterns and enjoy!
