New vacation apartment in a single family house, by center and still in green

The holiday rental is located in the basement of our single-family home, right in the heart of the county seat of Rendsburg, yet surrounded by nature. The surrounding area offers beautiful hiking and biking trails. For those who love the sea, the North Sea is 50 km away and the Baltic Sea is 30 km away; for those who love waterways, the Kiel Canal is just 1 km away. A hiking trail begins right behind the house and runs along the Eider River to the Kiel Canal. Rendsburg offers a wide variety of recreational activities. An indoor pool and an outdoor pool (in summer) are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is approximately 65 square metres in size and is modern and lovingly furnished. It was freshly renovated at the end of 2020. A fully equipped kitchen-living room with a new built-in kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, and a living room with additional sleeping accommodation provide everything you need for daily life (Wi-Fi, fiber-optic connection for internet and TV). Bed linens and towels can be provided. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest departure. A parking space is available in front of the building, and bicycles can be parked right outside the door.

Souterrain-Wohnung

Sehr gepflegte Souterrain-Wohnung. Für große und gewichtige Männer (1,93 m) war die Dusche etwas beschwerlich zu nutzen. Für ältere Gäste ist das Schlafzimmerbett nichts, da sehr niedrig und sehr hart. Die Souterrain-Wohnung ist gerade bei heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Herr Dr. Bergfeld ist ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter, wenngleich wir sehr selten "zuhause" waren.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, optimale Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, mit allem bestens ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die ruhige Lage nahe zur Innenstadt, dem Bahnhof und den Einkaufszentren ist eine weiteres Plus. Wir haben uns gut erholt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
