Wohnung ist sinnvoll ausgestattet, alles benötigte vorhanden. Die Dusche sollte besser kernsaniert werden. Die Lage ist schon laut, Fenster und die beiden Balkone zeigen auf den Parkplatz und die Eingangstür, die laut klatschend zufällt. Schließt man nachts die Fenster, ist alles ok. Eine Fernbedienung (gegen Pfand) zum Öffnen des Parkplatztores wäre sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Leistungsstarkes WLAN wäre noch wünschenswert. Leider wird die Eigentümergemeinschaft Sonnenweg 5b nicht auch direkt von der PAS GmbH vor Ort verwaltet und hausmeisterlich betreut. Sonst wäre das Beheben der Nachwehen des Abwasserschadens im Keller der Anlage (übler Gestank nach Kloake im gesamten Treppenhaus, ausgefallene Waschmaschine) sicher zügiger verlaufen. Summa summarum: Wir kommen gern wieder!
