The living room has direct access to the large lawn with seating areas for dining and relaxing outdoors. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (each 0.90 x 2.00 m). The bright, open fitted kitchen has: stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel heater, underfloor heating and a hairdryer.

There are also ball games, climbing frames, swings and table tennis available on the spacious property for all active guests, young and old.
