Enjoy a serene fishing pond just steps away and Lavon Lake nearby for boating, fishing, and beautiful lakeside views. Explore Farmersville's local shops, cafes, and historic charm. All of the ranch amenities are available to you. Club House with ping pong, pool table, 5 TVs, and so much more. Feed the chickens, ducks, goats, alpacas. Enjoy the tree bar at sunset. 4: If there is a dishwasher please load it then start it before you leave. 5: If there is not a dishwasher, we would appreciate you washing, drying and putting away kitchen items you have used.
