Schönes Haus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Eine schöne strandnahe Unterkunft. Auch im Februar schön warm und gemütlich. Heißes Wasser zum Duschen und Abwasch erledigen.Einzige Minuspunkt: durch die unmittelbare Lage an der Dorfstraße ( Durchgangsstr. nach Born/ Prerow/ Zingst) kann man wegen dem Verkehr ab 5 Uhr nicht das Fenster offenlassen.Sonst alles i.o.

Die Lage ist toll, die Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wirkt nicht alt und es bleibt fast kein Wunsch offen. Vor allem der Platz in der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr luxuriös, man könnte sich bei Bedarf sogar ein wenig aus dem Weg gehen ;o)

Schöne zweckmäßig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Lage inmitten des alten Baumbestandes ist besonders im Sommer sehr angenehm. Störend die Mücken, die leider überall in der Gegend durch die Lage da sind. Daher sind Insektenschutzvorrichtungen an Fenstern und Türen unerlässlich. Leider sind die im Objekt nicht ganz in Ordnung bzw fehlen in einem der oberen Zimmer. Es gibt kein WLAN im Objekt. Die Whg wird für 6 Personen angeboten, was relativ eng wird. Ausserdem gibt es nur 1 PKW Stellplätze, was für 6 Personen nicht ausreicht. Die Vermietung kann hier nur einen öffentlichen Parkplatz (ohne Kostet) im Nachbarort anbieten. Sauberkeit ohne Beanstandung, Ausstattung in Ordnung. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Wochenendausflug

Das Objekt ist fußläufig zur Rehaklinik. Das Haus ist für 3 Personen ausreichend (für 6 erwachsene Personen fragwürdig). Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise unbedingt zu erneuern ( Korbsessel und Matrazen). Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter.
