In dieses PREMIUMHAUS sind wir erst gar nicht eingezogen

Tel. Kontaktaufnahme unsererseits bez. Haus -/Schlüsselübergabe. Eine persönliche Hausübergabe erfolgte nicht, wäre aber auch nicht nötig gewesen, wenn wir das Haus nicht in einem unzufriedenstellenden Zustand vorgefunden hätten. Schon der äußere Eindruck von Terrasse/Garten war im Vergleich zu den Nachbarhäusern äußerst ungepflegt. Wildwuchs, Unkraut, Gartenhaus, das innen verschimmelt war. Dementsprechend war auch der Zustand der Terrassenmöbel-Polster, welche total verdreckt auf dem schmutzigen Boden lagen. Ein Fetzen von Sonnenschirm. Auf dieser Terrasse hätten wir (Temperaturen von 30Grad) nicht sitzen können. Spülenschrank verdreckt, Ablage-/Flaschenaufbewahrung im Inneren des Kühlschranks herausgebrochen, Der Griff der Duschtür hing lose herunter, so dass man Angst haben musste, die Glastür zu beschädigen. Der Gipfel war der Bettbezug, welcher fehlte. Stattdessen fanden wir einen befleckten Matratzenschoner vor. Beim Anruf bei der zuständigen niederländischen Agentur, wurde uns gesagt, wir möchten dies bei der Kontaktperson reklamieren. Dieser war nun allerdings tel nicht mehr zu erreichen. Wir haben das Haus nach ca. einer Std wieder verlassen und die Agentur, die Kontaktperson und die Eigentümer schriftlich (per WhatsApp und Email) darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt und um Erstattung der vorab überwiesenen 690€ für ein PREMIUM HAUS gebeten. Schade, dass man so ein schönes Haus (denn das war es zu Beginn sicherlich) derart herunterkommen lässt.
