The serene space features one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the pleasant living room, which includes one leather sofa Queen size bed for extra comfort. With two bathrooms with shower and a bathtub fully tiled and modern vessel sinks and faucets, getting ready is easy and convenient.
Only two blocks from the New Orleans Street Car/Trolly on Canal Street to the French Quatre and CBD, All international restaurants, bar, and coffee shops in walking distance. Less than a mile to the Highway I-10 East & West from this house. The Costco and other groceries within a mile. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this beautiful home offers a welcoming retreat. This is a two story single family home with a fully furnished basement and fenced backyard. All living spaces are on the second floor from front stairs to main entrance.
The home has Nest Security CCTV cameras and front Entry digital lock with passcode. Please do not share the Entry Door Lock Passcode to anyone except the occupants. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The main entrance door has a digital lock and wouldn’t lock itself both ways. So, follow the instructions to open and close door lock. Do not share the lock combination to others.
Please lower the three front window shades when are not in the house.
We are renting only the upstairs living space not the basement and garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
