WiFi is a little slow, TV has to keep refreshing and that’s quite annoying. The bedroom tv has no apps available.Host was amazing, great communication and an overall great experience.

There was a mix-up with the reservation and the host contact information was incorrect. Once I was in contact with the host, everything went smoothly, though I was switched to a different unit in the same building. The unit was clean and comfortable with a fabulous view of the Omni Hotel light display. It was close to the DART and Farmer's Market, which was nice.

Hi Melissa, thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m so happy to hear that the unit was clean and comfortable and that you enjoyed the fabulous view of the Omni Hotel light display. I’m so sorry for that initial mix-up; we had a system-wide update running right as you were checking in, which caused that technical glitch with our contact info. We’d love to host you again for a much smoother start next time.
