Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Sophie untergebracht. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafbereich, der offen in den Essbereich übergeht, außerdem über eine Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein, sodass sich dort praktisch nur eine Person gleichzeitig aufhalten kann.Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere im Bad und in der Küche.Insgesamt entspricht die Ferienwohnung aus unserer Sicht jedoch dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche an Ausstattung und Komfort stellt und vor allem eine günstige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage sucht, kann hier durchaus übernachten.

Liebe Gäste, vielen Dank für den Kommentar, hier ein kleiner Anhang: die Wohnung wird gerne genommen, da sie nicht nur günstig und großzügig ( 50qm) ist, sondern auch Zugang zur Südterrasse hat und einen eigenen Balkon, das moderne Bad hat eine begehbare Dusche, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind in zeitgemäßer Pinie eingerichtet, lediglich das Eßzimmer wurde in dunkel belassen, weil dort ein antiker Eichentisch steht. Die sanitären Anlagen werden mit einem Dampfstrahler desinfiziert. Zudem biete ich die Chiemgaucard an, die viele Leistungen kostenlos anbietet: Unternbergbahn, Hochfelln, Hochschwarzeck, kostenfreie Eintritte in Hallen- und Freibäder, kostenlose Eintritte in den regionalen Museen, kostenlose Führungen Max Aicher Arena ,Tennisnutzung , im Winter die Schneeparks und vieles mehr wie die kostenlose öffentliche Nutzung von Bus und Bahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sissi war sehr nett und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, war das optimal.

Apartement im Zentrum von Ruhpolding

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment war wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Check in und Check out war reibungslos. Sehr lieber Kontakt zur Vermieterin, welche man immer ansprechen konnte.

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist rustikal eingerichtet und sauber. Mit zwei Kindern würde ich nicht noch einmal unseren Urlaub da verbringen, da das Wohnzimmer als zweites Schlafzimmer umfunktioniert wurde und somit die Möglichkeit den Abend auf der Couch ausklingen zu lassen nicht gegeben war.Leider stand auch in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht das es wohl einen Karaoke Raum gibt der laut stark bis nach 23 Uhr genutzt wurde.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und entsprach der Annonce.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in Ruhpolding verbracht. Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, in der Nähe des Maibaums mit Dorfbrunnen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die gute Tipps für Unternehmungen parat hat. Hat uns alles super gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Bergparadies

Wir hatten mit der Unterkunft und mit Super Wetter Bedingungen Glück. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral und trotzdem hatten wir jeden Tag/Nacht unsere Ruhe. Wir erhielten tolle Wandervorschläge von unserer Vermieterin. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles super! :-)

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ortskern, sodass eigentlich alles zu Fuß erledigt werden kann. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat ein schönes neues Bad sowie eine neue Küche. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen wird umgehend geholfen :-) Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Ruhpolding schauen wir bestimmt wieder vorbei.
