Großzügige Ferienwohnung am Affolderner See im 1. OG

Your holiday home is located right on Lake Affoldern.
Just a few hundred metres from the Edersee Bike Trail and only 4 km from the Edertal Dam.

The 96 square metres of living space (plus balcony) features modern furnishings: 2 bedrooms, a living and dining area spanning over 50 square metres, a high-quality bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a convection oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a coffee pad machine, a toaster, a kettle, a high chair for children, and a refrigerator (without a freezer).

In the spacious living room, you’ll find a satellite TV, a radio/CD stereo system, and board games.

Take some time to relax on the balcony, and then use the electric grill for lovely summer evenings.

Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property.

However, a 4G/LTE cellular network is available via D1 Telekom, D2 Vodafone, and Telefónica.


Right in town, you’ll find an ice cream shop, a pizza/kebab stand, and a petrol station that sells fresh bread rolls daily.
You can purchase Waldecker sausage specialities directly from the farm.
You’ll also find a bike rental shop right in Affoldern, as well as two children’s playgrounds.

Additional shopping options, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, a butcher shop, a post office, a doctor’s office, and banks are just 4 km away.

There are virtually no limits to your leisure activities at Lake Eder:
Jogging, walking, biking, boat tours, a diverse programme of activities at Lake Eder, hiking trails, a summer toboggan run, Kellerwald National Park, a wildlife park, the wonderful "Haus," a ride on the handcar, or excursions to the nearby cathedral city of Fritzlar, stand-up paddleboarding, pony rides in the village of Wellen... Lake Eder has a lot to offer, and here with us, you can recharge your batteries for the next day.

Our holiday rental is initially rented without bed linens and towels.
You are welcome to book these as an add-on upon request for an additional fee of €7.50 per person per stay.
Additionally, since April 2022, the municipality of Edertal has been collecting a tourism tax of €1 per day per adult.
Please have this fee ready in cash upon arrival.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin / Vermieterin. Alle Abwicklungen waren komplikationslos. Tolle, gemütliche und sehr schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus.. Trotz Straße, da das Haus und die Ferienwohnung abseits liegen, recht ruhig. Für uns eine schöne zentrale Ausgangslage für all unsere Unternehmungen in den Nationalpark.

Die FW war so, wie beschrieben - geräumig , sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Eine sehr schöne große Unterkunft, alles wie auf den Bildern. Schön eingerichtet und top in Ordnung, sehr sauber. Der Check-in sehr freundlich Check-out unkompliziert. Gute Restaurants und Gaststätten teilweise zu Fuß gut erreichbar.Haben uns mit unserem 14 jährigen Enkel sehr wohl gefühlt.Eine Unterkunft die man jederzeit weiter Empfehlen kann.

Schönes sauberes Haus mit großzügiger Ferienwohnung. Verkehrsnah gelegen und mit schneller Anbindung zum Fahrradweg. Kleiner Fahrradraum für zwei Räder vorhanden, allerdings nicht für ebikes ohne entnehmbaren Akku geeignet.Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung am See

Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet, mit einem wunderschönen Balkon. In 5-10 Gehminuten ist der herrliche Affolderner See zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und man bekommt eine schnelle und stets freundliche Antwort. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, schöner Balkon. Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Die Edertalsperre ist nur wenige Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Auch der Affolderner See hinter dem Haus lädt zum Spazierengehen ein.

Großzügige & gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht eingeengt, wie es oft der Fall ist bei Ferienwohnungen (2 Schlafzimmer mit 1-2 Nachttischen und je 1 kleiner Kleiderschrank, großes Wohnzimmer mit 2 Doppelsofas + 1 Sessel + 1 Schreibtisch, großes Esszimmer für 6 Personen, Küche mit Essbereich für 4 Personen, kleines Dusch-Bad, Flur, überdachter Balkon mit Elektrogrill und Essbereich für 4 Personen). Alles war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung war aufeinander abgestimmt. Viele Vollholzmöbel (Kiefer), Ledersofas und in 1 Schlafzimmer Teppichboden. Geschirr war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden (für Täglich-Müsli-Esser waren zu wenige Schüsseln da). Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit 2 Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, vielen Töpfen und Pfannen. Wir haben lediglich eine Auflaufform und eine Küchenwaage vermisst. Die Fahrräder (max. 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) konnten in einem abschließbaren Schuppen untergestellt werden. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Affolderner See (kein Badesee) und überall gibt es ausgewiesene Fahrradwege. Zum Edersee sind es ca. 5-6 km. Einkaufen kann man im Ort leider nicht, aber die Tankstelle hat morgens frische Brötchen und ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Edeka, Lidl & Co. findet man im Nachbarort (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose PKW-Stellplätze. Fazit: Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank :-)

Sehr saubere, hübsch eingerichtete, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo mit Balkon. Nur kein Wlan :-). Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, antworten auf Fragen schnell. Gerne wieder und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Enkel Urlaub in sehr schönen Wohnung.

Wir haben in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung war pickbello sauber, alles nahezu neu. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet das Badezimmer gefühlt neu. Die Betten prima, ein riesen großes Wohnzimmer. Auf der Terasse/Balkon hatten wir viel Platz. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Räder über Nacht in einen Unterstand einzuschließen. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum See und zum Radweg. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft (empfehlenswert) (Kurztrip 3 Tage)

Sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Balkon für einen Kurztrip oder auch einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten bzw. auch einfach nur zum Genießen. Der nahe gelegene Campingplatz stört dabei nicht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Aktiver und erlebnisreicher Kurzulaub

Tolle Ferienwohnung,super eingerichtet und alles total sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut,sie hat immer schnell geantwortet. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Fahrradausflüge oder Wanderungen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
