A tastefully decorated holiday apartment near the beach (approx. 300 m to the beach) in a prime location, featuring a large rooftop terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The bright living room features a cosy corner couch (sofa bed), a radio, a TV, and a spacious wall unit. The living room’s conservatory-style design offers a particularly beautiful view over Grömitz towards the Baltic Sea. From here, you can step out onto the furnished southeast-facing rooftop terrace.
The open, modern built-in kitchen is very well equipped with all standard kitchen appliances. Adjacent to it is the dining table, which seats 4 people.
The bedroom features a double bed (2x90x200) and a particularly spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom has light-colored tile flooring and features a toilet, a sink, and a corner shower.

Alles war gut, wie beschrieben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt klasse, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, ebenso zu Bäcker und Einkaufen. Wohn-/Essbereich sehr gut geschnitten, Dachterasse auch sehr schön. Vielleicht könnte man die Küchenausstattung mal um eine Bratpfanne ergänzen, uns hat ein bissl das Rührei zum Frühstück gefehlt :-) Wir haben die Zeit genossen und können die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Super Wohnung, zentral gelegen mit großem Balkon. Reservierter Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Heizung sorgte im Winter für wohlige Wärme, trotz großer Fensterfront. Das ist nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung in Grömitz selbstverständlich. Wir haben da schon unsere Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir waren mit dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden!
