Wonderful apartment for 4 to 6 people in Marquartstein

The apartment is close to the center of Marquartstein, centrally but quietly located in a modernized farmhouse. It has just been completely renovated and leaves nothing to be desired for holidaymakers who love Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and nature.
The holiday apartment has large, new box spring beds, a living room with a dining table and television, a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Make yourself comfortable on the bench in front of the house or have breakfast in the morning sun.

Towels, bed linen and a fully equipped kitchen are available. There is also a washing machine directly in the bathroom for your own laundry. Bicycles are also available free of charge upon request.

With us you will sleep particularly well. Thanks to the installed memon products, our apartment is free from electrosmog and any environmental pollution.

Five stars all round

The house is a beautifully converted part of the original farmhouse. It is clean, well thought through and has a spacious feel to it. Herr Felder was the perfect host, making sure that we had everything we needed. Our children enjoyed playing on the playground right in front of the house and exploring the adjoining woods. The nearby mountains with the Hochplattenbahn are a hiker's delight. We would highly recommend this place.

Eine gemütliche seht gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Supermarkt oder auf dem Wanderweg. Der Reifinger See war noch ein besonderes Highlight, wunderschön und nicht überlaufen. Tolle Kaffeemaschine, die Küche prima ausgestattet, wir haben jeden Tag gekocht. Der sehr hilfsbereite Hausmeister baut auf dem Grundstück Obst und Gemüse an, das die Feriengäste kostenlos holen dürfen, außerdem gibt es Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und leckeren Biowein. Ein rundherum schöner Aufenthalt, ich habe es schon weiter empfohlen.

Wir kannten das Ferienhaus schon vom letzten Jahr. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles super. Am ersten Tag haben wir direkt den Teppichläufer zusammengerollt, da dieser komplett voll war mit Hundehaaren. Als mein kleiner Sohn darauf saß, fanden wir das dann nicht so schön. Auch im Wohnzimmer unter der Tür befanden sich Haarbüschel von Hunden.Wir haben nichts gegen Hunde Es könnten evtl auch mal Dichtungen z.B. in der Dusche oder in der Küche erneuert werden. Die waren letztes Jahr auch schon nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Marquartstein. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Auch der Hausmeister ist total super. Fleißig und sehr herzlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.:)

Geschmackvoll renovierte Wohnung in altem Bauernhaus

In der Wohnung haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, um einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Wir können sie als guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an den Chiemsee, nach Salzburg und viele andere schöne Ziele in Chiemgau nur empfehlen. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in wunderschöner FeWo

Die Ferienwohnung hat wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Gleichzeitig ist die Ausstattung aber auch wie man es von zu Hause gewöhnt ist und es fehlt an nichts. Bestimmt kommen wir nochmal wieder ☺️

Tolle Wohnung, ideal für Familien

sehr gute Wohnung in idealer Lage für Kinder. Die Kids waren schon morgens im dazugehörigen Waldstück, haben Tipi gebaut aus Ästen etc., abends gings zur Tiroler Ache zum Dämme bauen. Umgebung Chiemsee und Berge sehr schön. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub für uns alle.

Eine sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Zu fünft plus Hund war es toll, so viel Platz zu haben. Unsere Kids waren begeistert, wie gut das WLAN funktionierte. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Schön wäre es, mehr Informationsbroschüren über Freizeitaktivitäten, Wanderwege und Restaurants in der Wohnung zu finden.

Met 6 personen en 2 honden een heerlijk verblijf. Op ongeveer 15 minuten van Steinplatte om te skiën. En vanuit het huis mooie wandelingen te doen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Die Lage am Ortsrand von Marquartstein ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Chiemsee, Salzburg, Kampenwand sind schnell erreicht. Nach den Ausflügen kann man im Garten entspannen. Zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist man auch schnell gelaufen.
