About this property
The Triangle House - A renovated 1970's A frame
The Triangle House is a renovated 1970s A-frame cabin tucked into the woods of the Catskills, just over two hours from NYC. Blending mid-century charm with modern comfort, the home features soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and thoughtfully curated design details, from British-made furnishings to a fully stocked kitchen.
The cozy layout includes one private bedroom and a loft with a sofa bed (accessed by passing through the loft), making it ideal for couples or small groups of up to three guests. Downstairs, the living room is wrapped in windows and features a wood-burning stove for added warmth in colder months.
Amenities include a dishwasher, compact fridge/freezer, oven and stovetop, TV, washer/dryer, and a downstairs bathroom with a deep soaking tub, overhead shower, heated towel rail, and luxury Verden products.
Located in one of the Hudson Valley’s most sought-after areas, the cabin is minutes from Vernooy Falls, Minnewaska State Park, breweries, orchards, and charming towns like Woodstock, Kingston, New Paltz, and Hudson. The home sits at the top of a private shared lane, offering peace and privacy, please drive slowly. In winter, the driveway is plowed after significant snowfall, and a shovel is provided for convenience.
