This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sits directly on the water and offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Unwind in the hot tub, launch one of the 5 kayaks or paddle board from your backyard, or enjoy evening grilling on the BBQ, gathering around the fire pit, and soaking in Florida's laid back coastal vibes. Inside and out, there's something for everyone with ping pong, foosball, a home gym and lots of games. There are 2 screened in patios ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails without any bugs. The home comfortably sleeps 12 and is pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard, so your furry family members are welcome too. Whether you're here to relax on the water, explore the beautiful parks and local restaurants around Hernando Beach, or simply enjoy quality time together, The Blue Marlin is the perfect home base for your coastal getaway.

Please cover the hot tub and set temperature to 100 degrees.
Pick up pet waste from the yard. (Bags are located on the fence by the fire pit)
Please remember to turn off propane under the girl and fire table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
