This was just what my family needed it was spacious enough for all of us they had everything clean and up to date! My kids really enjoyed their stay, it was also walking distance and the golf cart was ideal!

Better than advertised!!! Everything was as described, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hosts were great to communicate with and quick to respond at helping us when we had an issue accessing the golf cart key. Highly recommended the property!

Loved the location quick access to restaurants and shopping areas. And a short golf cart ride to the beach.

The property was amazing had everything we needed. Plenty of room, high end appliances it made our family beech trip great i wood definitely book this property again.

Family vacation

Wonderful property! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was just a few steps away and the golf cart made trips to the beach so easy! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property

Nice home. 3 story. Beautifully furnished. Everything you need for a vacation. Walk to beach is about 10 minutes, golf cart ride is about 5 minutes. Nice golf cart. Pool is across the street, very close. Nice community grills and seating, we had a family cookout one night and the kids went swimming. Everyone had fun. Second floor: king bedroom is attached to a bathroom off the bunk room - a lot of people required to share one bathroom but we managed. Second floor also has queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Nice family room and balcony. 3rd floor- 3 kings with en-suite bathrooms. Nice furniture, beautiful large rooms and bathrooms. Would highly recommend!

We have a large family so a few years ago we started renting large houses that fit us all for Thanksgiving. This location was great and we really enjoyed our stay. would highly recommend

Wonderful neighborhood

This property is very convenient to everything. The small neighborhood with pool, green eggs, and lake were wonderful. The property is very clean and well managed. Loved the layout and amenities.

Beach Family Vaca

We had a blast at Ole Man and the Sea. The 5 bedrooms each had a bath which was a plus. The beach and pool were close. The 6 seater motorized vehicle made it convenient for shuffling items and people to and from the public beach. Restaurants were near by as well as grocery stores. There was an agent always a text away to answer any questions. Definitely coming back next year.

Awesome place

This place has awesome space to accommodate a large family with all the necessities. Cooking for a large family can be a little bit challenging with some of the cookware. But plenty of dine-wear for large groups. The pool area was amazing. Golf cart made getting to the beach a cinch and all the supplies needed for the beach was provided including a beach wagon to tote everything. Bottom line, GREAT PLACE!

Perfect for large group/family vacation

Everything is as described and every detail is considered to make the stay comfortable, resourced, and fun for all ages. The golf cart was a game changer for our family with 3 generations on the trip. We were able to get to and from the beach, local stores, and restaurants with ease. The house has an old school video game that entertained the grandparents WITH the grandkids for hours. The distance to the pool was directly across the street and the grills worked great for a large cookout. Communication for check in and check out were quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

We had a good time, I feel like what we paid for 6 nights we had several issues. 2 door handles fell off, dishwasher quit, video game upstairs quit multiple times, the dryer would barley dry. Golf cart wouldn't work at first all this was called in and fixed within the day. 36 steps to 3rd floor. Our stay wasn't awful just again for that kind of money you expect things to work... the house needs aome TLC.

Property managers top notch

We had three families staying there and plenty of room. Loved the golf cart. Really too far to walk to the beach with equipment and in the heat. You do need to put your toddlers in a booster seat if you go on the ocean road. We got pulled over and saw lots of others getting stopped too. Would be nice if a couple of booster seats came with the cart. Community pool was nice and roomy but still crowded depending on the time. Our only complaint was that we would have liked to have our own grill and some seating out front.
