The living room, approximately 35 m², is located on the ground floor and features a south-facing glass front and a large balcony. Cosy seating area (convertible) and dining area. The built-in kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar counter. The balcony is furnished with padded lounge chairs. Hallway with coat closet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and built-in closet. Bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer. The attic features two bedrooms, each with two beds. All windows are equipped with roller shutters. All rooms in the house are equipped with new infrared hybrid heaters. A garden shed is available for secure storage of your e-bikes.
