Walking into this beautiful two story home you will be impressed with the tasteful decor of this villa! The first floor boasts crown moldings, travertine floors, and granite counter-tops culminating in a gorgeous golf course view. The kitchen has stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, featuring a full size stove and a full size refrigerator with ice maker. A breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table with seating for six provide plenty of space for you and your loved ones to enjoy quality time over meals. The living room features a pull out couch with a large high definition flat screen T.V.. The entertainment center is complete with cable, internet, and a DVD library for your enjoyment. A vanity half bath is located downstairs, for your convenience! A back patio with seating allows you to make the most of the provided propane grill and relaxing golf course views.
Upstairs on the second floor you will find a washer and dryer, as well as three bedrooms, each with it's own en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom holds a queen size bed, a flat screen T.V. and is complete with a personal bathroom. The twin bedroom holds two twin beds with a personal bathroom featuring a shower and bath combo tub. The master bedroom holds a king size bed with a flat screen T.V. The master bedroom also features a personal balcony overlooking a magnificent and relaxing golf course view. The master bath features his and hers sinks, an oversize tub, and a deep walk in shower.
