As you enter the garage the stairs will take you to the garden and hot tub area and just past that there is the wash room/laundry area and a full bathroom.
The next stairs will take you to the porch and main house bosting with natural light and dining/living and kitchen area combine and 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, fully equip with bunk beds on 2 rooms for the kids or combination and the Master bedroom with everything a couples need to make themself feel at home!
The next set of stairs will take you to the best view on the property witch is the RERRACE with an outdoor table and chairs for 6 persons. You can enjoy camping at nigh there is synthetic grass and 2 camping tents to put over the grass to watch the stars or just enjoy the beautiful views at night.

You'll have the entire house + terrace for you to enjoy along with all the amenities!

NOTE: 4X4 Vehicle is the safest and best way to get to the property. Beach, pears, town, Sunset Park, restaurants and shops are whiting walking distance from the RBNB, like Sunset Park 10 minuets, Piers 10 minuets, Restaurants 10 minutes, El Tunco Beach 15 minutes in car, Centro Historico, San Salvador 45 minutes in car.

This spot is in the middle of a very steep incline that requires a 4x4 but the owner doesn’t tell you until after your check in time. It’s around nothing and doesn’t feel safe. Owner is very dishonest. We had to fight Vrbo to get PARTIAL money back. Sells a great view but it’s hard to get to and not the area you may think. The area makes you think you may get shot. And I am El Salvadorian.

However, we must strongly disagree with your characterization of the property and your claim of dishonesty. The property, ModernHouse Jacuzzi SeaView AC Laundry@El Salvador, is intentionally situated on a steep incline to provide the breathtaking panoramic sea view it is known for. This fact, along with the requirement for a suitable vehicle 4x4, is clearly detailed in the property information provided to all guests upon booking and before arrival. It was clear to our team that you personally did not book the Property and there for did not review the information provided on the listing, even through you're rudeness and bad behavior with stuff we manage to refund partially after getting everything ready for you. Would not host nor recommend you to any host in the area base on the experience.
