Stay in a beautiful, quiet 3-room apartment in Solingen, the “City of Blades.” The landlady’s husband is a true Solingen native with extensive knowledge of the city’s history and the craft of knife and blade making.
For stays of 5 nights or more, you’ll receive a free guided tour of the historic centre of Gräfrath in traditional knife-grinder attire, or a guided tour of the Müngsten Bridge—Germany’s highest railway bridge and a candidate for UNESCO World Heritage status.
