Grill rules require guests to clean cooking grates after use. Failure to clean will result in extra cleaning fees $25 and up. Grill is new 2026.
This is a non-smoking home. A $500 fee will be charged for any trace of smoke, marijuana smell, or the use of illegal drugs.
A $300 penalty will be applied for evidence of animals in the home. This is an owner-occupied residence, exempt from ADA public accommodation rules.
