This is a cozy and clean unit in the perfect location! Great value for the price. Cooking supplies, a clothing iron, and extra blankets were all supplied and easy to find. There were some moments of confusing communication throughout our stay, but the host was very reachable and happy to clarify. The unit has multiple flights to walk up, so be prepared to get your steps in!

If you want to stay in an authentic apartment, that has everything you need, in a vibrant and perfectly positioned local location this is it. 15 minute walk to Times Square, Central Park, Broadway etc. Be mindful that there is no elevator in the building so you need to be able to climb 70 steps ( a necessary workout for us- don’t pack too much and use the washing machine & dryer instead!) We loved it and would stay again because of the location and it was perfect for the three of us. So many restaurants, bars etc around and we walked or used the subway without ever feeling unsafe.
