Trash: Throw away all trash and place it in the kitchen trash can.
Appliances: Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances. Doors & Windows: Ensure all windows are closed and both the front and back doors are securely locked before leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To maintain a fresh environment, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, front patio, or yard.
No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors in this quiet residential community.
